On the roll again

Some pretty exciting things are happening!! I quit my job and now all I do is sit around and PAINT!
I spend the rest of my time at a tattoo shop by my house bugging them for an apprenticeship, and I am SO eager to see how that turns out! I've wanted to tattoo FOREVERRR
It's about time to start doing those collaborations and I've been invited to show in several galleries. (Now all I have to do is muster up the courage to actually do it...)

Tired.

I've painted a few things lately I just haven't had a chance to upload yet (still need to get rid of this flat screen monitor so I can make sure the colours are correct.) I've got like 3 weeks of work to put up.
Surprisingly working full time hasn't slowed me down. I guess you MAKE time for what you love.
I've got some exciting opportunities coming up!! A gallery in Seattle has asked me to send in 5 works to be considered for a group show and a fellow artist from Auburn has a solo show in September and he's asked me to collaborate on a few pieces with him for it. I'm happy to be expanding my horizons :]
On the opposite end of the stick, a lot of people very close to my have been crushing me monumentally, so newer paintings probably won't have the same vibe to them.

Traditional Vs. Digital

Having trouble TT_TT my digital work is way more popular, because it's more skilled but I really am enjoying traditional work lately
I went out and bought a bunch of canvases, even though I'm pretty unsure of what will go on them haha but they were really inexpensive and I didn't want to pass up the chance. THEY ARE HUUUUUGE!!
I've also been working a lot more and haven't gotten much of anything done at all akshully (beside spending my paycheck)
PPPBBBBBTTTTTTT.
What do you think? Stick with digital, or do you like my acrylic paintings?
